Return & Refund Policy
Because every Technical Area product is printed on demand specifically for you, we operate a made-to-order model. This means we don't hold stock, and standard change-of-mind returns aren't possible. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Short version: We don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered. We do fix our mistakes — damaged items, print errors, or wrong items sent are fully covered.
What We Cover
We will offer a free replacement or full refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- There is a printing error (wrong design, misprint, colour issue)
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was lost in transit (after investigation with the carrier)
In these cases, email us at hello@technicalarea.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll sort it quickly — no arguments, no hoops.
What We Don't Cover
- Wrong size ordered — please use our size guide before purchasing
- Change of mind
- Minor colour variation between screen and print (this is normal with digital printing)
- Damage caused after delivery
Sizing
We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. Our tees run as stated on the guide. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed terrace fit.
